Online Registration

The online preregistration process involves two steps.


Step1: Online Registration

Visit the online registration page and fill the form.
Ensure your details are correct and provide your email address if available.

On submission a unique code, the requested donation and the payment details will be displayed. Click on the Print button to print your registration details.

Ensure you don't lose your code. If you provided an email address during registration an email with your registration details will be sent to you. Next is the payment of the donation as explained in step 2.



Step2: Requested Donation Payment

Pay the requested donation through any of the payment options provided.

If you are in Ghana you may pay by direct deposit to any of the bank details provided.

If you live outside Ghana, you may pay through Ecobank Rapid transfer, which is available at any Ecobank Branch within Africa, to the bank account provided.

If you live outside Africa, you may pay in USD free of all charges through International Bank Transfer to the respective bank account provided.

Please make sure your code is part of your name on the deposit form as provided. The code will be used to validate your payment and should not be omitted.

Allow 7 days after your payment for processing. You may check your registration status after 7 days from here.

Accommodation

The accommodation request process involves two steps.

Step1: Online Request

Please download the accommodation list below.

Visit the accommodation request page and fill the form.

You will be required to select three choices of acommodation and pay for at least one nite for your choice of hotel/hostel with the highest rate, free of charges, through the bank.

The Bank details will be displayed after you fill and submit the form.

Ensure your details are correct and provide your email address if available.

On submission a unique code and the payment details will be displayed. Click on the Print button to print your accommodation request details.

Ensure you don't lose your code. If you provided an email address, an email with your accommodation request details will be sent to you. Next is the payment as explained in step 2.

Optionally, you may download the accommodation request form below. Fill this form, scan and email to seminar@eck-ghana.org. You will be contacted by email with your payment details. You are, however, encouraged to use the online form to speed up the process.

Step2: Accommodation Payment

Pay for at least one night for your choice of hotel/hostel with the highest rate, free of charges, through any of the payment options provided.

If you are in Ghana you may pay by direct deposit to any of the bank details provided.

If you live outside Ghana, you may pay through Ecobank Rapid transfer, which is available at any Ecobank Branch within Africa, to the bank account provided.

If you live outside Africa, you may pay in USD free of all charges through International Bank Transfer to the respective bank account provided.

You are required to make this payment within 7 days from the day of submission of the request.

Please make sure your code is part of your name on the deposit form as provided. The code will be used to validate your payment and should not be omitted.
